The Original and still the Best: Tuff Ted

Tuff Ted (aka. 'Tuffy'), circa May 2005, was the first of my creations. He slept on baby Grace's face for many years and cuddles have felted him. Six year old Grace still gives him the occasional hug to make me happy.

Mo-Mo the Monkey

Baby Apollo meet Mo-Mo. He's got the longest arms ever (sorry Sleepy-Pom;) and Alexa likes to twirl him by these arms like a helicopter.

Lambdog is the best

This is Lambdog, or as Genna used to call him 'lemgog'. He has been so passionately and unswervingly loved by Genna since she and they were born in 2008, that he is now almost unrecognisable. Genna told her mum the other day that 'Lambdog is the best'. The only time she lets anyone else near him is for emergency surgery. He is now almost completely darned. Will try to find a 'new born' photo of him for comparison.

His name will come

The baby has a name. He's Clem but, until Clem decides otherwise, Sleepy Pom is still Sleepy Pom. Everyone said Sleepy Pom's arms are too short, but Clem's mum just said 'some people have short arms'.

Spring Babies get all the best knits

Knitting for summer babies is hard. The wool sticks and feels uneven. Perhaps they'll have to wait for the first crisp of Autumn before they grow attached to a nitted creature.
